Job Title: RLS Administrator
Salary Banding: £10,765-£12,653

Contract Duration: Permanent
Hours (weekly): 23 hours (2 week rota working between 8am-8pm over a 7 day period)

Your Housing Group have an exciting opportunity for a Retirement Living Scheme (RLS) Administrator based at Ryfields Village in Warrington (WA2 7GB)
As the RLS Administrator, you will work as part of a small team to provide front of house services, carry out general administration duties and work with the RLS Scheme Manager in organising and delivering social events for the scheme.
As the RLS Administrator, it’s a given you have good knowledge of IT systems and excellent organisational skills, being able to assess, prioritise and organise your own workload. You will also have excellent communication skills to be able to work with members of the public, particularly older people in an empathetic manner.
We work 24/7 to provide cover on our scheme, the RLS Administrator’s hours are on a 2 week rolling rota as below:
Week 1 – Monday 7.45am – 2.15pm, Tuesday 7.45am – 2.15pm, Wednesday 7.45am – 2.15pm, Friday 2.45pm – 8.15pm
Week 2 – Monday 3pm – 8.15pm, Tuesday 2.15pm – 8pm, Saturday 7.45am – 2.15pm, Sunday 7.45am – 2.15pm

(IF APPLICABLE) This role is eligible for a DBS check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (i.e. it involves certain activities in relation to children and/or adults) and is defined as regulated activity under Part 1 of the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006. Therefore, a DBS ENHANCED check for a regulated activity is an essential requirement.
