Your Housing Group has a brand new opportunity for an Administrator to support the Private Rental Sector (PRS) Team, based at our modern offices in Birchwood, Warrington with occasional travel to other offices and schemes across the North West.

This is currently a 12 month contract but who knows what will happen within 12 months? At the very least, it's a great opportunity to further develop your existing administration experience and enhance your CV!

As PRS Administrator, you will have excellent communication skills as the first point of contact for customers and internal colleagues, answering calls and emails from applicants and existing customers.  You will also build productive relationships with partners through which we deliver and receive services to our customers eg contractors and letting agents.

The PRS Team provide a letting and management service to Your Housing Group’s, private rented customers and the team administer the lettings process from reservation to move-in and provide an ongoing management service to our schemes.

Using your previous solid background in administration, you will take holding deposits, references, report repairs, administer annual rent reviews, whilst updating the housing management systems and preparing tenancy paperwork – so good attention to detail is essential.

  • Experience of building positive working relationships (internally and externally)
  • Experience of working in fast paced Property Sales or Lettings environment
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
  • Solid IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
