With over 28,000 homes across the North West, Yorkshire and the Midlands, Your Housing Group has a large portfolio of retirement living developments and private rental properties and we are continuing to grow.
Due to this growth, we are expanding our Health & Safety team and have a brand-new exciting opportunity for a Health & Safety Incident Advisor to analyse all incidents, identify trends and ensure we have a lesson’s learned approach and develop safer ways of working.
As our Health & Safety Incident Advisor, you will help us to keep the Group safe and support the business to better understand and mitigate the risks faced in a construction and housing environment. You will review all recorded H&S related incidents, advising and supporting investigating managers, ensuring all incident data is collated, to accurately identify root causes.
You will call upon your excellent analytical skills when reviewing data and statistics, identify trends, produce reports and make recommendations using your strong communication skills to advise managers how to proactively address common themes.
You’ll be trusted to manage and plan your own working day and although our Health & Safety team are based at our modern Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington, the Health & Safety Incident Advisor is not an office-based role and you’ll be out and about around the Group, predominantly covering the North West, but also there’ll be some travel to Yorkshire and Staffordshire.
