Your Housing Group has an exciting opportunity for a Property Administrator based at our modern Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington.

As a Property Administrator, you will assist with all aspects of Property Administration supporting the Property Team, liaising with customers and internal and external stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service standards.

It’s a given as a Property Administrator, you will have experience of administrating data and documentation, maintaining accurate records and a successfully managing tasks to deadline.  You will also have excellent communication skills and a proven passion for handling customer and stakeholder enquiries through to resolution.

As a Property Administrator you will support with the team with general administrative tasks such dealing with incoming post, undertake mail merges, photocopying and sending out letters, on behalf of team and support with all aspects of gas compliance including compiling daily updates, contacting customers and liaising with our compliance team and external contractors and support with process of invoices and raising Purchase Orders, when required.

In addition to the above you will embrace the culture of continuous improvement to support Value for Money throughout the organisation and have a passion for doing things right first time.
