Your Housing Group has an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Transaction Assistant, to join our Commercial Transaction Team, based in Birchwood, Warrington.

The Commercial Transaction Team provides a service to the Group’s internal and external customers.  The team administer the sales process in respect of Low Cost Home Ownership, Assignments (Re-Sales), Staircasing, Right to Buy, Right to Acquire and some land sales on behalf of the Group. 

As a Commercial Transaction Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will assist the administration team in facilitating the Group’s Right to Buy and Right to Acquire sales, liaising with customers, internal colleagues and solicitors.

You will support the Homeownership and Private Rental Sector teams with the Group’s low cost home ownership sales, leasehold management and private rent.

It’s a given, as a Commercial Transaction Team, you will be adept at building and maintain and productive  relationships with partners through which we deliver and receive services.

If you have…..

  • experience of maintaining positive working relationships with internal / external customers
  • excellent Customer Service Skills, both face to face and over the telephone
  • experience of using Microsoft Office software i.e Word and Excel
  • knowledge of the Right to Buy and Right to Acquire for a Registered Provider (desirable)
  • Ability to interpret complex information e.g leases and transfer agreements (desirable)
