Would you like the opportunity to be part of our Site Compliance Team and deliver a first-class efficient service to our customers?

Your Housing Group has an exciting opportunity for a Site Compliance Officer based at Adlington House, Central Liverpool, providing communal inspections, communal cleaning and grounds maintenance and low-level maintenance.

You will be a self-motivated and confident team player, with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail, to ensure that Your Housing Group remains 100% compliant across our high-rise tower blocks in Adlington House. 

As a Site Compliance Officer, you will also ensure we remain 100% compliant with regard to Health & Safety regulations in the communal areas of your managed block by arranging for the removal of hazards, reporting repairs, carrying out daily inspections including fire alarm testing, emergency lighting testing and taking corrective actions from Fire Risk Assessments.

You will be responsible for the communal cleaning and landscaping services across the block ensuring our customers receive the highest service standards.

• lone worker experience and experience in a similar role
• good IT Skills (to use the mobile devices essential to carrying out your duties)
• excellent communication skills to be able to take ownership and/or escalate customer queries
