Job Location: Birchwood, Warrington

Contract Duration: Permanent

Hours: 35 per week – on a rota basis covering contact centre opening hours; 

Monday to Friday 08:00-22:00, Saturday & Sunday 09:00-17:00 and Bank Holidays 10:00-14:00

Your Housing Group now has a small number of opportunities for proven Customer Service Advisors, in Birchwood. These opportunities are available due to growth, as we are increasing our customer service offering to further support our customers. These roles will be based in Birchwood and will support the work that is undertaken within the Contact Centre at Preston.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be working in a fast-paced customer focused environment providing information and supporting customers regarding the range of services offered by Your Housing Group.

Within a team of Customer Service Advisors, you will work to achieve first call resolution of customer queries, ensuring all incoming/outbound contacts are logged, any outstanding customer contacts are followed up, and ensure all information is up to date and cases are closed upon resolution. 

These roles offer a great way to gain an understanding and exposure to other areas of the business and once you have proven yourself and would like to move to another area of the business and support our customers in a different way, Your Housing Group can give you these opportunities. 

It’s a given in the Customer Service Advisor role, you will be flexible, resilient and a customer focused individual with the confidence to take ownership to ensure an excellent customer experience.   These are qualities that you will need for any role you move to within the Group.

Experience of Housing or Repairs & Maintenance would be highly beneficial but is not essential to apply for the role if you have a passion to deliver fantastic Customer service.
