Your Housing Group has an exciting opportunity for a conscientious Administrator to support the ICT team, based at our modern offices in Birchwood, Warrington.

 

As the ICT Administrator, you’re a key member of the ICT Team, providing administration support to the ICT team with financial processes and billing for example ICT contract management, processing purchase orders and supplier invoices, liaising with suppliers regarding payment queries.

 

It’s a given you will have strong numeracy and literacy skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail especially when working under pressure.  As our ICT Administrator, you will be highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively.

 

You will have excellent communication skills and experience of managing tasks to deadlines.   Ideally, you will have experience in finance processes and be a competent user of most Microsoft packages eg Word and Excel.
